Dr. Barry Holleron graduated from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1984 and has served as a past president of the alumni association. He has been practicing Dentistry for over twenty-eight years and started Tooth Acres 19 years ago. Dr. Holleron also serves as a clinical associate professor of operative dentistry at UTHSCSA and thoroughly enjoys teaching our future dentists as part of his career. He is a reviewer for the Journal of Operative Dentistry and Texas Dental Journal, and believes in evidence based dentistry.
Dr. Holleron loves the fact that he has many patients that have become friends over the years and always looks forward to catching up when they come in for check ups! Along with patients, he considers his staff at Tooth Acres and his students at UTHSCA among the best benefits of his job. When not at the office, you will likely find Dr. Holleron hunting, fishing, or playing golf. His two children and five grandchildren are among the favorite people in his life. One thing you may not know about Dr. Holleron is that when looking for a breakfast treat, he often goes for Lucky Charms!
